    Lifting mechanism disassembly before starting to disassemble the lifting mechanism, all the wire rope release, and remove from the lifting reel. Hang the appropriate spreader on the hoisting mechanism; mark and remove the hydraulic line from the hoisting mechanism and the hydraulic motor of the hoisting mechanism. Lift the hoisting mechanism off the pad base and remove it. Note: Any repairs requiring disassembly of the hydraulic hoisting mechanism should be performed simultaneously with the replacement of gaskets and seals.

    Marine crane hoisting mechanism assembly uses the appropriate spreader to lift the hoisting mechanism and position it on the mounting plate. Use the connecting parts to fix the lifting mechanism on the mounting frame at the required part. Check the clearance between the mounting frame and the lifting mechanism using a stopper at the end connection point. If required shims can be added, go to the horizontal mounting surface to connect the hydraulic lines to the lifting mechanism and the lifting hydraulic motor. Note that each line must be properly connected to the appropriate orifice (mark before disassembly). Remove the spreader from the hoisting mechanism and re-thread the wire rope on the hoisting mechanism to adjust the installation accuracy and necessary alignment.
