RLSJ hydraulic winch has its own valve group, so that it makes hydraulic system more simple and increases stability of the transmission device. The hydraulic valve group of RLSJ winch solve the problem of empty hook vibrating and fall again during hoisting. So RLSJ winch can lift and put down stably. When starting and working , RLSJ winch is high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and beautiful form. All products are made with a high performance-spur gear transmission with forced lubrication and running on high-grade roller bearings. The gears are made of high alloy steel, hardened and ground where necessary.
The gear box is a steel welded construction. On the rope drum an optimised groove pitch ensures the longevity of the wire rope. As an option, it is also possible to have the winch fitted with LEBUS-Grooves.
